Workshops

I offer a variety of workshops, aimed at students in colleges who are just starting out  into photography, or are interested in it, and also for people who are more interested to learn the technical details of the photography. My workshops are divided in a way to ensure that there is a good mix of the theoretical and the practical knowledge. I try to ensure that every student gets a hands on experience of shooting with a SLR Camera.

Presently I offer these workshops

  • Basic Photography Workshop
  • Light Painting Workshop
  • Street Photography Workshop

Light Painting Workshop is a flagship workshop offered by me, and is been conducted at numerous venues across India and has been very well appreciated.

Testimonials:
Mr. Kshitiz Anand conducted a Workshop on Light Painting for over 200 students at National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli. This was held as a part of Pragyan ’09, the annual Techno-Management symposium of NIT Tiruchirappalli from 12th to 15th February 2009. We are impressed by the efforts put in by Mr. Kshitiz Anand and his thorough attention to detail to ensure nothing less than a perfect workshop. The workshop was truly engaging and informative. As can be gauged by the feedback we received, no participant walked out less than fully satisfied. We congratulate Mr. Kshitiz Anand and thank him for making Pragyan ’09 a great success.

I have had the pleasure of being part of two festivals with Kshitiz Anand of Happy Horizon Studios. At both festivals, he was leading several workshops on Light Painting and Photography and I was performing my stage magic show. As someone with absolutely no photography experience or knowledge, I found his teaching to be detailed and fun. I know that I learned a lot and that some of the advanced photographers also learned a lot. With a perfect blend of lecturing and hands-on sessions, the Light Painting Workshop had everyone engaged in learning this incredible part of photography. Mr. Anand swiftly brought everyone up to speed about photography and the basic skills required for light painting and then proceeded to work hands-on with various techniques in light painting. Almost all of the participants left the workshop with their own light painting photos! I know that I still treasure my own.
Throughout the conferences, I was able to also spend some time with Mr. Anand and found him to be a wonderful, professional individual. Including him with any event you are planning will have everyone leaving with a positive experience. I look forward to seeing him again and would strongly recommend him for your consideration.
